I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, especially the spacious bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise as I had previously stayed in Japan. The location is superb, close to the shopping area and easily accessible to all the hot spots and public transportations in Sapporo. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly staff who all spoke excellent English and provided the best communication I've ever experienced. The dining experience was delicious, offering a bento that was truly great, though it could benefit from better labeling for allergies or restrictions.

The hotel is centrally located in Susukino area, making it convenient for exploring the shopping streets and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms were spacious and slightly larger than typical Japanese hotels, accommodating three people comfortably, but could be a bit bigger for an even more comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with professional and friendly staff who provided excellent communication in English. The location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and dining options, enhancing our overall experience. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well designed, meeting all my small needs, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. The location was superb, right in the center of Susukino area, allowing easy access to hot spots and public transportation in Sapporo. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of vegan choices.
